Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional organization and role, tier interest, optional collection scale, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.

When you submit the contact form, your message is checked for spam by Cloudflare, delivered to us by Resend, and received and stored in our Google Workspace email. The vendors listed below are contracted service providers acting on our instructions; they are not third parties we sell or share your information with.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, broker, or share your information with third parties.
• We don't use marketing trackers, retargeting pixels, or advertising cookies.
• We don't store cookies beyond what's strictly necessary for the site to function.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and is GDPR/CCPA compliant by design. Aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, country-level geography) help us understand whether the site is useful.

How long we keep inquiry data

Inquiries are retained for up to 18 months so we can pick up a thread if you return to us later. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@cohesionlab.com.

Vendors we use

• Bluehost — static website hosting (United States).
• GoDaddy — domain registration and DNS (United States).
• Cloudflare — contact-form handling (a Cloudflare Worker) and Turnstile spam protection, privacy-preserving and cookie-free (global).
• Resend — transactional email used to deliver your inquiry to us (United States).
• Google Workspace — our email service; this is where the inquiry you send through the contact form is received and stored (United States).
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate page metrics; no personal data, no cookies (European Union).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry data at any time. Email hello@cohesionlab.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
